1. Make sure that your proposal is innovative, concrete and focusses on helping the group of beneficiaries identified.
2. Check the rules and the requirements of eligibility in the section rules.
3. Download the application form so that you know the required fields in advance. At the moment of applying you will have to fill out the same fields in the onlineform.
4. Create a video of up to 90 seconds that presents your proposal (The video is mandatory for applying, except for research proposals, where it is optional)
5. Apply: Enter and submit your application with the corresponding video as of June 13th.
6. The closing date for applications is July 18th at 2:00pm (Washington DC time).
7. All videos will be published on July 20th and open for votes until July 25th in the multimedia section.
8. From July 25th the jury will begin evaluating the proposals according to the criteria indicated.
9. In August, the selected proposals will be announced
10. Once selected, the specific activities of the proposal will be identified and a contract will be signed with the main representative of the proposal in order to initiate the pilot implementation.
There will be no extensions of date or time.
