Imagine you live in a room with your partner and 6 children. Imagine you leave every morning to work and do not know if you will find your belongings in the evening. Imagine you want to expand, improve, and make your house bigger and safer. This will cost money, time, and understanding of the regulations, so that ultimately the house is fully yours. This is called incremental housing. Now imagine a tool that can make it faster: an application (APP) on your cell phone! The APP would be linking the actors (homeowner, private sector, public sector) in the incremental process. The application would consist in a step-by-step guide, where the user could find the answers to each “If I do this or that what would happen?”
