Future Women Leadership Program
It’s a well known fact that women, even while having all the potential to become leaders, are afraid, restrained or captured in disbelief regarding their ability to build a successful career for themselves. We always find less women applying for leadership positions, less women joining fields that are considered to be "masculine". Unless more women join top managements, we will not be able to break the vicious cycle. I suggest a program that will identify potential young professional women in the region and will give them a step-by-step training, mentoring and support towards a successful leadership career. Assessment test can be used both online and offline in order to identify potential. The program will offer cognitive and emotional support: tools to find the best career path, job interview training, networking and building self-confidence, presenting role models, and having actual daily assignments, not just theoretical, while establishing a connection to future leaders.
