Our Team

The Innovation Lab is coordinated by the Competitiveness and Innovation Division of the Inter-American Development Bank through a multidisciplinary team. The multidisciplinary team involves people from different areas of expertise both within and outside the Inter-American Development Bank.

PROJECT COORDINATION:

• Carlos Guaipatin – Ecuadorian Citizen, is Senior Specialist of Competitiveness and Innovation Division of the Inter-American Development Bank. Carlos is in charge of the areas of Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship.
